Job Description
· Proficiency in 2D design
· Strong presentation skills
· Experience in client coordination
· Fluency in both English and Hindi
· Effective email communication skills
· Comfort with in-person client coordination
· Make a PPT and Excel
· Client follow on call
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering
-
Welcome clients at the showroom or site and understand their needs, preferences, and budget
-
Explain various design offerings, product options, finishes, and functional benefits
-
Conduct initial requirement meetings and take necessary measurements or inputs for layout planning
-
Ask insightful questions to help clients articulate their design vision
2. Design Support & Presentation
-
Use tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or proprietary design software to create basic room layouts, modular kitchen/wardrobe designs, etc.

Assist the design team in preparing 2D/3D renders and visual presentations for clients
-
Modify designs based on client feedback and budget alignment
-
Present final concepts in a persuasive, visually appealing manner
3. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
-
Stay updated on materials, finishes, hardware, color schemes, and trending design concepts
-
Demonstrate working models, catalogues, and sample boards in the showroom
-
Clearly explain product warranties, durability, maintenance, and comparative advantages
-
Suggest design upgrades, cross-sells, and add-ons based on customer needs
4. Sales & Conversion
-
Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, referrals, marketing campaigns, or social media
-
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment plans with clients while maintaining profit margins
-
Coordinate with the estimation and billing team for quotation preparation
-
Assist in closing the sale and ensuring proper documentation and booking procedures
5. Project Coordination
-
Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams for timely delivery of approved concepts
-
Ensure that client approvals are obtained at every key stage of design and implementation
-
Address client concerns during execution and ensure satisfaction at the time of handover
-
Support after-sales service or minor modifications post-installation if needed
6. Reporting & Team Collaboration
-
Maintain daily logs of client visits, design progress, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel
-
Prepare weekly reports on lead conversions, pipeline status, and revenue generated
-
Participate in team meetings to brainstorm improvements in client service and sales performance
-
Attend training on new products, design tools, or sales strategies
Required Skills and Attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong sense of design aesthetics, space planning, and color coordination
-
Basic to intermediate knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)

Passion for interiors, architecture, furniture, or home decor
-
Confident in customer handling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques
-
Organized, punctual, and able to multitask across sales and design
-
Willing to work on weekends (as most client visits happen during that time)

Positive attitude, team player, and self-driven
