Hardware and Software Management:
Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.
System Maintenance:
Ensuring the security and performance of desktop systems, including installing antivirus software, monitoring for breaches, and educating users on security practices.
Network Support:
In some organizations, this role may also involve basic network troubleshooting, such as resolving connectivity issues and maintaining network devices.
Documentation and Training:
Maintaining logs of technical issues and solutions, and potentially creating documentation or training materials for users.
