Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Resident Engineer to be deployed at the customer location to provide hands-on technical support, ensure system stability, and act as a single point of contact between the customer and internal teams. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer interaction, and ownership of day-to-day technical operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support at customer location on a daily basis
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, desktops, network devices, and applications
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within defined SLAs
Coordinate with remote support, L2/L3 teams, and vendors for complex issues
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of systems
Maintain system health checks, logs, and documentation
Support hardware replacement, firmware updates, and OS-level issues
Ensure high availability and uptime of customer systems
