Job Description
Hardware and Software Support: Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and software applications (Windows/macOS/Linux).
Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Resolving network connectivity, system crashes, and application issues, utilizing ticketing systems (like ServiceNow or JIRA) for tracking.
User Administration: Managing user accounts and permissions, including password resets and access management via Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
Asset Management: Maintaining inventory of hardware and software, handling procurement, and retiring outdated equipment.
Security & Maintenance: Rolling out patches, updating antivirus, maintaining, and configuring security protocols for end-user systems.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Setting up workstations for new hires and recovering equipment from exiting employees.
