Job Description
Technical Support: Provide Level 1/Level 2 support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners) in person or remotely.
System Setup & Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows/macOS), software, and hardware components.
User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and email access, including password resets using tools like Active Directory.
Asset Management: Track hardware, software licenses, and peripherals; manage equipment onboarding/offboarding (setup and decommissioning).
Documentation: Log all incidents and service requests in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and maintain accurate inventory records.
Network Support: Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN
