Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to join our team to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers a chance to work in a technology-driven environment. The role involves installing, configuring, and upgrading computer systems while ensuring data security, system stability, and user satisfaction.

The position requires both technical expertise and customer service skills, as Desktop Engineers interact directly with end-users to resolve technical problems and provide IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware
  • Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
  • Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
  • Install and configure operating systems and security tools
  • Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates
