About the internship
We are looking for candidates with sound technical knowledge systems, servers, networks.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on installation and configuration of Windows-based operating systems (Windows 7,8&10)
2. Working on software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer-oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP, and internet setup
3. Troubleshooting of all types of hardware and software applications problems
4. Configuring & troubleshooting desktop/laptops for L1 levels
5. Managing backup and recovery
6. Configuring & troubleshooting printer, scanner & LAN-related issues reported by users
7. Installing and configuring wireless data cards in users' laptop
8. Showing exposure in active directory user creation & deletion
9. Maintaining and troubleshooting connectivity problems using Ping, Traceroute
10. Troubleshooting hardware, software & networking problems
11. Installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise applications hosted on Windows server 2000/2003/2008
