Job Description
- Support users on all issues related to internal custom built application tools
- Support users on issues relating to Linux workstations and network connectivity
- Troubleshoot some Windows 7, Apple OS and Linux OS
- Reimage and deploy workstations for pre-existing and new users
- Build and maintain relationships with counterparts on other sites such as Telops, Techstop, Development, Local Management, Printing, Mentors and Tool POCs to aid with a unified approach to global issue diagnostics and resolution.
- Initial level of debugging and resolution (e.g. restarting edit server, interpreting latency graphs, identifying local vs global issues etc)
