Job Description
TECHINCAL SKILLS
Operating System- Windows, Linux.
Troubleshooting, installing software and PC components.
Routing protocols- RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
VLAN, VTP, Inter VLAN routing.
Server- DHCP, DNS, and Active directory
Exchange Server- ECP, OWA, User backup, DAG
Knowledge of Cloud Computing – Ec2 instances, S3, security groups, VPC, Auto scaling
RESPONSIBILITIS AS PLANNER
System assembling.
To develop a small network.
Handling Small Area network structure.
To maintain mail client (Microsoft Outlook XP, 2000, 2003, 2007) from client side.
Configuration of VPN & GPRS (At client end).
Installation of different Operating Systems Windows 98, Windows2000 Professional
and Server, XP professional, Win 2007 , Win 2003 Server, Win 2008,2012 Server.
Installation and configuration of SAP, Sybase, power tam enterprise, PRTG traffic Grapher,
manage engine net flow analyzer
Troubleshooting Software problems. Installing, Uninstalling and configuring software.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Local & Network Printer.
Troubleshooting Hardware and network related problems. Installation and Maintenance of
Hardware (Laptops, Desktops Computers, local and Network printers).
Outlook installation, Outlook Mail Id Configuration, Configuration and managing local PST.
Solve the H\W problem in the HP, WEB printers & Scanners.
Managing, maintaining and troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating System,
Solve the hardware issues in Wipro, HP, Acer, IBM, Dell Desktop and Laptops
