Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
(preferred).
Technical & Functional skills
1. Proven experience in providing technical support in any environment.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows Client/server and Mac operating systems.
3. Familiarity with common software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite.
4. Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
Experience
Minimum relevant 2 year of experience .
Job Responsibilities: IT Support Engineer
4. Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops,
printers, and peripherals.
6. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
7. Diagnose and escalate complex IT problems to higher-level support teams when
necessary.
8. Document all support activities, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing
system.
9. Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management.

10. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
11. Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and enhance
user experience.
12. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics and tools.
13. Basic level support of network components like Switch ,Router Access point ,NW cabling
etc.
14. Support for O365 components like SharePoint Online (SPO), Yammer, MS Teams, and
Outlook.
15. Maintain daily health check reports for critical IT devices .
16. Coordination with All HCCB OEMs and partners to support sites.
17. Patch management on servers & all IT devices as per standards.
18. Ensure all devices are onboarded to MDATP or any other security components.
19. Installation & manage VC devices support.
