Job Description
Utilizing Service Now Ticketing Tool: Efficiently manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
Active Directory Management: Develop, delete, unlock, and update AD accounts; design, disable, and supervise user accounts, including password resets.
Technical Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to SCCM, Internet Explorer, Outlook, MS Office.
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to technical issues.
Network Connectivity Management: Address both wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
Incident and Service Request Management: Regularly update incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory Configuration: Configure and administer DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Routers can also be configured to provide security features like firewalls and network address translation (NAT).
Remote Support: Provide remote support using various software tools.
Business Operations Monitoring: Oversee team operations, coordinating responsibilities to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Backup System Maintenance: Perform backup system maintenance tasks, including monitoring backups and restorations.
Routers act as gateways, connecting your local network (LAN) to other networks, including the internet.
Software Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot applications such as Outlook, MS Office, Skype, and other essential software.
Customer Assistance: Guide customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
