Job Description
- Assembling, Installation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of DesktopsSystem and Network support
- Install the Network Cabling and monitor the network
- Document Controlling related to all admin activity
- Troubleshooting like System errors, Network connectivity issues & Common Printers problems
- Responsible for the services including desktop applications, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi etc.
- Develop and maintain the system documentation, and ensure the smooth running of all IT systems
- Actively involved in setting up departments
- Installations and up gradation of various systems
- Establish all IT infrastructures.
- Setup all departments.
- Software Support: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
- Develop and maintain the system documentation, and ensure the smooth running of all IT systems
- Act as a focal point for all major IT issuesBackup System, Antivirus Server
- Answering technical queries
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software
