Job Description
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• 24*7 dedicated support to ensure uninterrupted availability of IT resources.
• Performing troubleshooting on Office Outlook.
• Resolving issues related to VPN, Corporate WIFI and LAN.
• Providing assistance on Outlook configuration for Company provided PC and Laptop.
• ProvidingassistanceonActivedirectoryPasswordresetandActivedirectoryAccountlockrelatedissues
• Logging Tickets for issues and providing Resolution and Escalating the Ticket to concerned teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Trouble shooting skills needed to find errors and repair them
• Installed, maintained, supports and updated all Microsoft windows operating systems for all workstations and servers with a specific network (like Windows 7&10)
• Joining Workgroup to Domain
• Resolving Users issues by taking Remote
• Knowledge on DNS
• Create customer reports.
• Knowledge on ticketing tool
• MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup restore and troubleshooting
• Experience working on a helpdesk/service desk handling ticket
