● Applying changes in BIOS Setup as per client requirements
● ü Installing, configuring and managing and Troubleshooting applications
● ü Changing Hostname, joining workgroup to Domain
● ü Having knowledge on ADS, DNS and DHCP
● ü Troubleshooting LAN and WI-FI issues
● ü Configuring and Troubleshooting MS outlook and managing the same
● ü Replacing RAM, HDD and Keyboard in laptops and Desktops
● ü Identifying and Troubleshooting Hardware issues like BSOD, PC restarting, etc
● Troubleshooting Desktop related issues
● Installation of Operating System like Windows 10 and Windows 11
● Configuration of MS Outlook and creating PST
● Configuring MS outlook and mapping PST
● Installing and configuring Printers,
