Desktop Support Engineer Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Bangalore

Requirement:

·         Good Communication skill

·         Should be graduate or 3 yrs diploma

Responsibilities:

• Working on all the problems related to desktop and resolving the same within the SLA period.
• Troubleshooting Hardware and Software related issues.
• Deploying Laptop and enabling bit locker key for the drives & resolving Bit locker Issues.
• Resolving Domain login and Account lockout Issues
• Adding user WLAN group in Active directory for Wi-Fi access. Perform installation/ troubleshooting / configuring of MS Outlook Client, MS Office Applications software, etc. Coordinating with DHCP team for Scope creation and reservation of IP as per the request. Coordinating with network team for VLAN changes & connectivity issues.
• Installing and troubleshooting Antivirus.
• Installing and Configuring VPN client software.
• Configuring Network Printer Data transfer within project machine .
• Resolving issues through remote tools.
• Providing support for BCP & Audit related activities. 
• Providing basic troubleshooting for Networks (LAN, Wireless LAN) for laptops and desktops.
• Providing mail support and redirecting it to the concerned team without any delay.
• Working on Domain Controllers, administering and creating Users, Groups and Group Policies, managing accounts etc. with active directory Taking full differential and integration backups
