Job Description
- Install and troubleshoot all Microsoft windows operating systems currently used. ( XP, Win7, Win8, Win 10).
- Install and troubleshoot all types of PC hardware, branded and assembled, printer servers.
- Providing Remote Support to other locations.
- Maintaining Ticketing Tool.
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Ability to hook-up and troubleshoot Internet connectivity on PCs/ Networks.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Basic knowledge of Copper /Fiber.
- Knowledge about WI-FI & Modem Configuration
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Should be able to work with Team
