Worked in corporate environment supporting end users

Client devices Laptop and desktop support
Basic knowledge on Network (WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN etc..) Internet lease line, MPLS
connectivity.
Server hardware and Server OS windows 2012 and 2016 support
-Ability to handle escalations
-Printers and Projectors
-IT Hardware Procurement
-Coordination with the business and global counter partner.
Specific to 1 of the openings :
Should have worked in manufacturing industry.
