We Have Excellent Openings in MNCs International/Domestic BPO for Freshers/experienced(with excellent communication skills in English&Hindi).
Those who are Looking for BPO, day/UK/us shift
Minimum 6 months of call taking experience in Technical support (Hardware/Software) or 1 year Field service in PC, Desktop support
Fluency in English & Hindi language.
Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Wireless and Networking troubleshooting.
Typing speed minimum of 25 words per min
Should be fluent in communication skills both spoken & written
Strong problem-solving and client facing skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone.
Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution.
Document solutions in the form of the knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred to in the future.
Day Shifts, 10 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday.
Bachelors degree / Diploma with a minimum of 13 years in Education. 10th plus Diploma also
Min 6 Months Experience is mandatory Profile Summary
Salary:- 2-3.5 lakhs
