DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER - JD
· PRINTER COFIGURATION
· OS INSTALLATION , REPAIRING
· ACTIVE DIRECTORY
· LAN & WAN CONFIGURATION
· SOFTWARE UPGARDATION
· OUTLOOK CONFIGURATION
· Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication network (LAN & WAN).
· Technical Support to the users.
· Preparation of various official reports and documents in MS-Word, MS-Excel.
· Remote activation and Resolution
· Troubleshot customer service connection issues via phone or on site.
· Firewall & DVR support
· Installed, upgraded, supported and troubleshot Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite, and other applications as assigned
· Performed remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
· Replace parts and perform computer repairs in the office as well as remote locations
