Job Description
Purpose of Position:
To regularly interact with customers and stakeholders to solve their queries and build strong relationship with them.
Key responsibilities:
1. It is his/her responsibility to respond to all IT related queries from the associates/clients.
2. He/she has to prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
3. It is his/her responsibility to analyze, interpret and provide appropriate solutions to the queries.
4. He/she has to regularly interact with the customers and stakeholders.

Additional skills and qualification required:
1 Customized document preparation(FAQ, requirement analysis)
2 Ability to identify bugs related information security vulnerability or breach
3 Ability to fix the information security vulnerabilities during the bug fix
4 Document the bug and fix and its impact on information security for future use in similar bug fixes.
