- Immediate openings for desktop Support Engineer.
- Responsibilities and Duties
- Installation and configuration of operating system Windows 7, 8&10.
- Installation and maintenance of windows based clients.
- Assembling, hardware up gradation troubleshooting.
- Installation of local printers.
- Disk Management, partitions.
- Printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Antivirus update & virus protection.
- Update system as soon as the new version of OS and application software comes out.
- Sharing folder, sharing device & Printer.
- Creating deleting and modifying user accounts and groups on windows server 2003.
- Creating user accounts and adding users to the respective groups.
- Configure security settings or access permission for groups or individuals.
- Build, configure and upgrade workstation and laptops.
