Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Handling remedy tickets using HCL Centralized BMC remedy action tool.
· Providing L1 support for VMware View Administrator(VDI).
· Working Experience with Microsoft Exchange & Office 365.
· Good Understanding in network component like LAN, Network printer, proxy configuration.
· Remote Desktop Support for End User & Client
· Encrypting the Laptop based on Project requirement.
· Dedicated Engineer for Symantec Installation and Maintenance.
· Domain joining the machine through Console & Manually.
· Installing/Deploying OS/ Images as per the system requirement.
· Taking Backup and Formatting System.
· Remote Installation & troubleshooting.
· Antivirus Installation and Updates.
· Ensure system support request are answered within one business day.
· Checking Network Issue and doing L1 troubleshooting
· Outlook Configuration/ window 10 installation
· VPN tools (desktop level)
Bit locker/HDD encryption
