- Also deals with Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting.
- Complete Core Technical job into the networking Domain, but need to answer client calls
- Flexible with the Rotational shifts.
- Job roles involve support of products on windows Server, Unix, Mainframe, Share Point, Active Directory.
