Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software application problems.
Windows 10,8, 7 & XP OS Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop.
Managing, backup & recovering User Data. Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Printers & Scanners.
Installation of Trend Micro, Quick heal & MacAfee Antivirus.
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
Accurately filling in administrative records and relevant paperwork.
Active Directory (AD DS). DHCP and DNS management. Installation and Configuration of Windows-Based Operating Systems ( Windows 10, 8, 7, XP).
Software Installations and Troubleshooting of all types of customer-oriented field problems, network settings for TCP/IP, and internet Setup.
Troubleshooting all types of Hardware and Software application problems. Configuring & Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop for Managing backup & recovery.
Configuring & Troubleshooting Printer, Scanner & LAN-related issues reported by users.
Installation and Configuring of wireless Data cards in users' Laptops. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems.
Monitoring of virus issues through Trend Micro protection antivirus.
Installation and Configuring of wireless Data cards in users' Laptops. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems.
Monitoring of virus issues through Trend Micro protection antivirus.
Good experience in configuring & troubleshoot Wifi Routers.
Remotely resolving application problems & network problems and mail configurations through remote desktop sharing & VNC.

Maintaining Assets through the Assets Inventory Book
Handle the responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software issues and taking necessary corrective actions to resolve the Installation of windows applications.
