Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
-
Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.).
2. System Maintenance & Upgrades
-
Perform regular system updates, patches, and software installations.

Ensure antivirus and security measures are up to date on all systems.

Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
3. Network & Connectivity Support
-
Assist in LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting for network-related issues.

Support the IT team in server and cloud-based system management.

Work with the network team to ensure secure and stable connections.
4. User Support & Training
-
Assist employees with login issues, email setups, and software usage.

Provide basic training on IT security, remote access, and company applications.

Maintain a ticketing system and document resolutions for recurring issues.
5. IT Asset Management & Documentation
-
Track and manage IT inventory, including desktops, laptops, and accessories.
-
Document troubleshooting steps, system configurations, and IT policies.

Work with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing.
