We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to diagnose and repair desktop computers, mini PCs, and related hardware. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting motherboard issues, replacing RAM/SSD, and installing various operating systems. Field visits within Delhi NCR may be required for on-site troubleshooting and hardware replacement.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair desktop computers and mini PCs.
- Identify and resolve hardware issues, especially on motherboards, RAM, SSDs, and power supplies.
- Install and configure Windows, Ubuntu, and other operating systems.
- Create and use bootable USB drives for OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Perform hardware upgrades and component replacements (RAM, SSD, HDD, PSU, etc.).
- Provide on-field support in Delhi NCR for hardware troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Perform basic networking troubleshooting if required.
- Maintain records of repairs, replacements, and service reports.

- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components (motherboards, RAM, SSD, etc.).
- Ability to diagnose motherboard-level issues and perform basic repairs.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Ubuntu OS installation.
- Familiarity with bootable USB creation and system recovery tools.
- Basic knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for on-site support.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
