Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Managed domain servers and handled client machines to provide timely delivery of assigned tasks/issues.
· Troubleshooting the user’s issues.
· Patch Update on Client Machine.
· Active directory, creating users, groups and OU
· Managing DHCP Server
· Microsoft Patching Activity on Windows Servers 2008/2012
· Maintain the Server level Hardware and Troubleshooting.
· Implementing request for change.
· Resolving daily technical issues and providing desktop support.
· Installing and reviewing desktop software applications.
· Updating operating systems, printer Installation, Scanner Installation.
· Providing support to Internal Users
· Coordinating with engineers for scheduling calls
· Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
· Vendor interaction for various repairs to be done
· Daily ticket status update to team.
· Coordinating with clients for their requirements
· Preparing MOM reports
