About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
2. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
3. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
4. Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
5. Advising on software or hardware upgrades
6. Helping in outlook configurations
7. Working on printer configuration, router configuration
8. Maintaining inventory for system assets
9. Following up with the vendor
