Troubleshooting: Identified and troubleshot network connectivity issues, software
malfunctions, and hardware failures.
User Account Management: Managed user accounts in Active Directory, including password
resets, account creations, and permissions adjustments.
Asset Management: Kept track of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and accessories,
ensuring that all equipment was accounted for.
Backup and Recovery: Supported backup and recovery processes to ensure critical data was
secure and could be restored when needed.
Documentation: Created and maintained technical documentation for processes,
troubleshooting steps, and asset management.
