Job Description
- Prepare daily client infrastructure checklist.
- Work on process oriented ticketing tools to track all incidents till closure.
- Co-ordinate with US clientele to resolve their IT related queries & issues.
- Attending Desktop Hardware and Software related issues and tasks.
- Working knowledge of remote access: Remote Desktop and Virtual Private Network, andknowledge in DNS and DHCP.
- Ensure timely closure of the reported Desktop tickets/issues and update user.
- Hardware and Software upgrades/ back-ups.
- Performance of IT support duties as defined by the appropriate team lead.
- Network printer installation/configuration.
- Work in cohesion with all team members.
- Excellent written & spoken English communication.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts.
- Minimum Qualification:Graduation – B.Sc/ BCA/ B.E (Information Technology, Computer Science)If a BA/ B.Com/ B.E (Electronics & Communication) graduate, the candidate must have done.
- MCSA/ CCNA course/ certification.
- Work Experience: 2 - 5 years.
- Job Location: Millennium Business Park, Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
