Qualification : 10+2+3 (Graduate / Diploma )

Experience : 3-4 Years

Job Description :

Good Knowledge of End User Desktop Environment
Performs installations /configuration / management and troubleshooting on Desktop Environment .
Provide Support on Desktop OS, MS Office Suite ,Antivirus Tools and other Desktop Software
Excellent Communication Skills
Experiance in Leading a Team
Experiance in handling a Site independently
Experiance in Handling Escalations Reporting
Configuration Support on Printers and other Peripherals .Level 1 troubleshooting for printer and peripherals related problems.
Candidate should have and understand Basic Networking Skills .
Provide Support on end user devices such as IPADS/ Mobile Phones .
Good knowledge of computer hardware/Win OS related troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Email Client configuration and troubleshooting.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Desktop OS , authorized desktop application , hardware and peripheral equipment. Support on AV Equipments
