Locations: Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata
Qualification : 10+2+3 (Graduate / Diploma )
Experience : 3-4 Years
Job Description :
- Good Knowledge of End User Desktop Environment
- Performs installations /configuration / management and troubleshooting on Desktop Environment .
- Provide Support on Desktop OS, MS Office Suite ,Antivirus Tools and other Desktop Software
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experiance in Leading a Team
- Experiance in handling a Site independently
- Experiance in Handling Escalations Reporting
- Configuration Support on Printers and other Peripherals .Level 1 troubleshooting for printer and peripherals related problems.
- Candidate should have and understand Basic Networking Skills .
- Provide Support on end user devices such as IPADS/ Mobile Phones .
- Good knowledge of computer hardware/Win OS related troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Email Client configuration and troubleshooting.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Desktop OS , authorized desktop application , hardware and peripheral equipment. Support on AV Equipments
