Job Description:

End-to-end ownership of the Support Tickets , communication between business and support teams with issue resolution
Should be involved in Data table & Document Designer template updates.
Should be responsible to do Migrations & managing backups.
Highly preferred debugging experience in BML.
Understand the functional requirements and develop technical designs using standard patterns
Ability to communicate the same effectively to team members
Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements
Communication/work in multi-vendors/multi team environment and deliver with quality
Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and communicate effectively with both Business and Functional analysts on the same
Should coordinate with L3 Teams and Business Users/Stake holders
