Primary Responsibilities

Drive the adoption of best practices around scripting, design, quality, performance in the team
Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions
Designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance

General

Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience
Strong programming and OOP basics in .NET
Basics of .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development
Basics of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
Proven experience with programming - VB,VBA, C#, .Net.
Experience in process driven development methodology
Experience in End to End lifecycle in Bot configuration with AA and/ or UiPath, Blueprism
Experience in code migration, integration with 3rd party or external code
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with board level stakeholders
Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
Results oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit
Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude
