Position – Development Engineer

Location – Shapar, Rajkot
Salary – 10,000 To 15,000/Month
Working time – 9AM To 7PM
Qualification – Diploma & B.E Mechanical Engineer
Experience : Fresher & Experience
Responsibilities:
Develop and document test methods to evaluate product performance.
Responsible to facilitate and/or support supplier performance management reviews.
Develop and implement new compounds from conceptualization to production.
Assist with the investigation and implementation of significant cost reductions.
Utilize design tools as required to optimize critical aspects of the design when required.
Lead, manage, and mentor a practice group of engineers.
Evaluate and provide impacts of design changes to ROI and project management.

The foundry infrastructure is being a set up an area of 7284 sq. mt. with an office building of 185 sq. mt., is a medium scale unit. This unit has an installed capacity of 10,000 M.T. Per annum along with fully automatic Molding lines having production facilities for Cast Iron 75% & for Ductile Iron 25%. The unit uses high pressure Flask-Less molding machine supplied by KOYO-Japan and Sand Plant from Bellio with Green sand control systems.
