Job Description
Designation: DevOps developer
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
2. Work on implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
3. Work on planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
4. Work on setting up tools and required infrastructure
5. Work on defining and setting development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
6. Work on troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
7. Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
8. Work on identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
9. Work on incidence management and root cause analysis
10. Work on the coordination and communication within the team and with customers
11. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
12. Work on mentoring and guiding the team members
13. Work on monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
14. Work on managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer
15. Deploy updates and fixes to both the production and pre-production environment
16. Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
17. Develop scripts to automate visualization
