Responsibilities

You will manage/ maintain/ monitor/ optimise cloud server infrastructure.
Google Cloud or AWSBuild and maintain CI-CD (continuous integration/deployment) workflows.
Automation of various processes using configuration management tools.
Work with Test teams to design and perform automated integration and performance testing.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize performance using solutions like database indexes, Memcache, Redis etc.
Innovate and actively look for improvements in overall infrastructure, performing critical PoC's for improving customer experience & improved stability of the cloud infrastructure.Work closely with the development team in identifying and rectifying issues in a timely manner in various environments.
You'll assist our skilled support team and operations team in identifying and resolving production issues.
Ensuring critical system security through the use of best in class cloud security solutions.
You'll improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

Requirements

Experience with Jenkins
You've been doing cloud, system and application administration professionally for 1+ years.
Sound knowledge / good practical experience with Linux server (Ubuntu) administration/ troubleshooting/ debugging, Backup/Restore, Scripting, Apache, system tools and firewall.
Excellent knowledge of cloud computing, GCP services (Experience with App Engine, Compute Engine).
Knowledge of automating processes, experience with JenkinsYou are a strong communicator.
Explaining complex technical concepts to product, support, and other engineers is no problem for you.
You possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, programming languages, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
You have completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
