Job Description
DevOps Engineer
Role And Responsibilities:-
Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.
Manage communication with internal & client stakeholders.
Lead product and support review with relevant stakeholders periodically
Support deployments & troubleshooting once deployed
Experience in supporting products or product implementations
Strong exposure to Cloud environments like Azure (preferred) / AWS / GCP
Support management experience with tools like ServiceNow / Jira / Devops board
Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
Implement continuous improvement programs & preventive maintenance initiatives
Experience in Project Management, Change Management, and tracking KPIs on Incident Management, Task management, Knowledge Management and CSAT reports
Experience in the estimation of L3 tickets (related to development activities) that requires the development of new enhancements and features
Participate in or own vendor relationships.
An ideal PSM who is passionate about product deployments, automation and service excellence and should be willing to mentor new engineers.
Good understanding of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau and Qlikview) and custom web applications on React JS
Ability to manage multiple deployments and highly talented engineering, teams
Experience in knowledge management and technical documentation
Experience in working with global teams
Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results.
Good exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, etc.
Own mission-critical product deployments across multiple work streams
Good Communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and lead meetings with product owners and other stakeholders
Build, manage & grow a global product support team
Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
