● Implementing, maintaining, monitoring and supporting the IT infrastructure
● Writing scripts for service quality analysis, monitoring and operation
● Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
● Investigating and resolving technical issues by deploying updates/ fixes
● Quality control and management of the code base
Key Responsibilities:
1. CI/CD Pipeline Support:
-
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Automate build, test, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
-
Work on integrating version control systems (e.g., Git) with deployment workflows.
2. Cloud Infrastructure & Scripting:
-
Help configure and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Write infrastructure automation scripts using Terraform, Ansible, or Bash/Shell.

Learn to manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for repeatable and scalable setups.
3. Monitoring & Logging:
-
Assist in setting up system and application monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.

Learn how to analyze logs and metrics to identify potential performance or reliability issues.
4. Containerization & Orchestration:
-
Work with Docker to containerize applications and services.
-
Assist in deploying and managing containers using Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms.
-
Learn about microservices deployment, scaling, and load balancing.
5. Security & Compliance:
-
Support the implementation of DevSecOps practices by incorporating security checks in CI/CD.

Understand basic cloud and application security concepts (e.g., secrets management, IAM roles, firewall rules).
6. Collaboration & Documentation:
-
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and system administrators to understand deployment needs.
-
Document scripts, configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps clearly and accurately.
-
Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and technical discussions.
