job description dgm purchase in pune -Forecasting -Order processing -Inventory management -Expediting - Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of items specified in the PO & shortages observed in delivery. -Daily monitoring and accountability of suppliers material flow performance -Daily quality control -Creating / approving PO in system based on PR, indent or information from Planning. -Reporting on open /close POs, overdue POs. -Resolving procurement issues like PO, invoice, challan, payments etc -Payment related instructions to Finance. -Relationship Management -Single window for suppliers. -Lead time communication to internal customers.
