Qualification:

• Post graduate degree in Food Science and Nutrition (or equivalent) from a major university in India.
  
• Ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience working in a hospital or in a private clinic and is interested in pursuing a career in Food / Nutrition Research. 
• The position is only open for Mumbai based candidates. Fresh graduates who have a high aptitude can also apply. 
  

• The candidate will work closely with the leadership team of PlanMyFood – a technology based nutritional startup company in Mumbai. 
• The candidate will help realize the company's mission of a healthier and more productive India by enabling the general public to make everyday better food choices. 
  
• The job will require the candidate to apply a combination of research methodologies to identify relevant research papers and studies, and make key inferences while working on various aspects of public nutrition and health - including management of specific food related disease and conditions.
  
• Having good written and oral communication skills is essential as the person will interact with users online, as well as generate relevant content from primary and secondary sources. 
• Basic computing knowledge is essential and the candidate should be able to work independently and with a team of professionals. 
  
• p.s. This is a research role. We are not looking for nutritionists / dieticians interested in charting out diet plans!
  
• Location and Timing:Nariman Point, Mumbai 
• (closest stations Churchgate / Mumbai Central)
  
• Mon to Sat 10:00 am to 6:30 pm 
  
• (flexible hours with some work from home possible)
