Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management

Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Allocate budgets effectively across channels to ensure cost efficiency and better conversions.
2. Social Media Advertising

Develop and manage paid social campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Use advanced targeting options like demographics, interests, behaviors, and remarketing.

Test and experiment with ad creatives, formats, and strategies for better performance.
3. SEO & SEM Integration
-
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure organic and paid strategies work together.

Conduct keyword research for ad campaigns to improve CTR and conversions.

Optimize landing pages for higher Quality Scores and better search engine rankings.
4. Analytics & Reporting
-
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, and Meta Business Suite.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.

Use insights to improve ad strategy, audience targeting, and cost efficiency.
5. Content & Creative Coordination

Work closely with the graphic design and content team to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing copies.

Suggest new ideas for visuals, videos, and copywriting to maximize user engagement.

Ensure brand consistency across all online advertising platforms.
6. Marketing Strategy & Research

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms.

Research competitors’ digital advertising strategies and implement best practices.

Suggest innovative campaign ideas for brand growth and lead generation.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, and remarketing campaigns.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.

Hands-on experience with social media advertising tools and dashboards.
2. Analytical & Optimization Skills
