Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Campaign Strategy and Planning:
-
Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
-
Identify appropriate platforms and ad formats based on campaign goals (e.g., awareness, lead generation, sales).
-
Perform audience research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform targeting and creative direction.
-
Plan campaign budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
2. Campaign Execution and Management:
-
Create and manage paid search, display, shopping, and video campaigns in Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube).
-
Develop and run social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
-
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns for app installs, website conversions, and eCommerce sales.
-
Create A/B tests for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
3. Audience Targeting and Optimization:
-
Segment and refine target audiences using demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.
-
Build custom and lookalike audiences using CRM data, pixels, cookies, and tracking tools.
-
Use remarketing strategies to re-engage previous site visitors or abandoned cart users.
-
Monitor performance metrics and implement bid and budget optimizations to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
4. Reporting and Analytics:
-
Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and native platform dashboards.
-
Create detailed performance reports with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA.
-
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and A/B test results.
-
Report regularly to senior management or clients on campaign effectiveness and business impact.
5. Creative Coordination:
-
Work with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives that align with platform best practices.
-
Ensure ad copy is tailored to the brand voice and optimized for conversions.
-
Stay current with design trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes that impact ad delivery or engagement.
6. Budget and Spend Management:
-
Track campaign spending in real time to avoid overages or under-utilization.
-
Allocate and adjust budgets across channels and campaigns based on performance.
-
Ensure proper pacing throughout the campaign lifecycle.
7. Compliance and Best Practices:
-
Stay up-to-date with platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and ensure all ads comply with regulations and community standards.

Follow industry trends, digital innovations, and changes in consumer behavior to refine ad strategies.
-
Implement data privacy and consent measures (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when handling user information.
