Job Description
1. Implement a proprietor digital/product analytics SaaS product for end the customers and facilitate them to leverage the product effectively for their business goals
2. Understand the customers' requirements and deliver the product analytics solution to facilitate this
3. Follow the business process and best practices to bring customers on board in the stipulated timeframe and provide data consulting services
4. Create analytics reports and dashboards based on the client's business requirements (domains: SaaS, Ecommerce, BFSI, Fin-tech, etc.)
5. Deliver end-user guidance/training to customers, senior executives, administrative staff, and technical personnel

1. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, have empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude
2. High proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly explain technical concepts/processes to the customers
3. Must have work knowledge in business analytics and digital analytics tools like CRMs, ETLs, Marketing Automation, A/B Testing, BI tools
4. Bachelor's degree required in Computer Sciences (CS, MCA, BCA, etc.) or related fields
5. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS & SQL
6. Knowledge of the nuances of data infrastructure, analytics, and the AI industry
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 6 Lac/annum
Note: This is a work from office internship. Please do not apply if you are not intended to travel to the office.
