Job Description

We are looking for a creative and collaborative candidate to join our growing Marketing Team to be a strong contributor to our brand identity, creating eye-catching and high-quality digital assets and collateral to help push our brand forward and stand out from the crowd.

Responsibilities & Duties

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:

Work with Marketing Team to establish and nurture our brand strategy and identity; responsible for the look-and-feel of all Sales collateral
Maintain a cohesive brand visual identity across collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines within Sales and Marketing content and with Partners
Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist and Content Creator to design eye-catching graphics and templates around content as needed
Create and update graphics for web
Create Sales and Marketing PowerPoint presentations and templates, and design beautiful and engaging slides as needed; clean Sales presentations and pitch decks for visual clarity and consistency for professional distribution
Build high-quality templates and letterheads for emails, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing content
Edit engaging digital videos for social sharing, delivering messaging on our services and thought identity
Create branded assets for employees in support of our identity and culture
Create graphic design elements for printed marketing collateral
Maintain black and white copies of key graphics for the brand; manage all assets and high-resolution files in an organized manner

Qualifications & Skills

This candidate should be a tech-savvy and creative visual designer with skills in appropriate systems and tools:

Passion for great digital design; ability to tell a story with compelling visuals
Knowledge of design and visual principles, layouts, and graphic fundamentals
Ability to collaborate across the team, and adjust based on feedback
Mastery of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
Mastery of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft products
Proficient in asset creation tools needed to complete work, including video editing software or tools
High attention to detail

Portfolio Demonstrating Creative, Design, And Software Skills Required.
