Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Management

Maintain and update website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar).

Upload product information, blog posts, landing pages, banners, and other media elements in accordance with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual appeal of digital assets.

Monitor website for broken links, formatting issues, and outdated content, and coordinate timely fixes.
Social Media Coordination

Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.) using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.

Track and respond to user engagement, comments, and messages in alignment with brand voice and community standards.

Support social media campaigns by coordinating assets, writing captions, and tracking performance metrics.
Email Marketing & CRM

Help build and deploy email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.

Assist with email list segmentation, A/B testing, and scheduling.

Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
Digital Campaign Support

Coordinate digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) by helping with asset preparation, scheduling, and basic targeting setups.

Collaborate with marketing teams to track campaign performance and compile basic analytics and performance reports.

Maintain digital marketing calendars and assist with cross-channel campaign alignment.
Analytics & Reporting

Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking to support data gathering and performance analysis.

Generate regular performance reports for web traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns, and ad campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration & Project Coordination

Work with internal departments to gather content, clarify digital needs, and ensure timelines are met.
