Digital Electronics Engineer Jobs in Ahmedabad - MP CONSULTING LLC

Looking for highly motivated digital electronics engineers to bolster our US and India teams. MP Consulting is a Chicago-based product development firm staffed with Electrical, Mechanical, and Firmware engineers working on cutting edge products in the consumer, medical, and automotive industries. We are expanding our current operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to continue to deliver quality solutions to our customers. We are looking to add engineers to the current team as we grow and establish a foothold in the consumer electronic space.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing electrical components into devices. They will also help design and manufacture electrical products of all shapes and sizes. They should be able to make quality assurance checks in order to keep the product standard high. 

• Have some basic knowledge of CONSUMER ELECTRONICS. Please do not apply if you are an EE that is coming from a big power background. That is not what our focus is.
• Should have basic fundamentals for communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, LVDS, etc.
• Should have basic knowledge of Altium or Allegro Cadence CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to determine requirements and plan out schedules
• Map out system architectures
• Work with Electrical, Mechanical and Software Engineers to bring up boards and validate hardware
• Use debuggers, scopes and emulators to resolve issues

Technical Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in circuit design and chip set integration
• Familiar with Electrical CAD tools, Allegro, Altium, Mentor, etc
• Capable of basic lab skills - Soldering, debugging with Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc
• Proficiency in PCB layouts and noise mitigation strategies
• Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
