Job Summary:
Designation - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Onboarding -Technical
Number of Job Vacancies - 1
Essential Qualification
- B.E/B. Tech./ MCA (MBA would be desirable)
- The job holder will be responsible for onboarding of various applications, services and partners on the API Setu platform deployed by NeGD.
- The job holder will report to the Business Head.
- He/ She may be used in other projects of Digital India as well, whenever required.
Required Experience
- Overall 3-5 years of development/management experience in medium to large scale IT projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, requirements gathering, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and workflow analysis to document and manage requirements
- Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs
- Interpreting business needs and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills
- Liaisoning between technology teams, support teams and departments
- Using standard templates and natural language to develop requirement specifications
- Serving as a channel between the internal-external customers and the software development team through which requirements flow
- Communicating and collaborating proactively with external and internal entities to analyze information, needs and functional requirements and delivering Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs as and when required
Skill set:
Must have skills:
- Overall 3-5 years of development/management experience in medium to large scale IT projects.
- Good writing and communication skills
- Hands on experience on project management tools & technologies
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Experience of working for a government set up/ project is desirable
- Professional certifications would be a plus
