We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and data analytics to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and increase brand awareness.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative assets for digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Track and report key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with content creation, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
