Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing online engagement through various channels such as social media, SEO, email, and PPC.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Identify and target key audience segments through digital platforms.

Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities for digital campaigns.
2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Optimize website content, blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets for search engines.

Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and ensure visibility in search engine results.

Monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
3. Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow the company’s presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Develop and execute content strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and drive traffic to the website.

Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media performance.

Use paid social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
4. Paid Advertising (PPC)

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other PPC networks.

Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve a high ROI.

Track and report on ad spending, cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Email Marketing

Design and implement email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and engaging existing customers.

Segment email lists and create personalized campaigns to target specific audience groups.

Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
6. Content Marketing

Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

Manage the company’s blog, ensuring regular content updates on relevant topics.

Use content as a tool for driving traffic, improving SEO, and generating leads.
7. Analytics and Reporting

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign performance and decision-making.

Monitor key metrics like traffic, leads, conversions, cost-per-lead (CPL), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Continuously analyze website and landing page performance to identify areas for improvement in terms of user experience and conversion rates.

Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to improve the effectiveness of landing pages and funnels.
9. Brand Awareness and Online Reputation Management

Work to enhance the company’s online reputation by managing customer reviews and feedback.

Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other content creators to amplify brand awareness and reach.
10. Budget Management

Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.

Track spending and adjust strategies to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of all digital marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in all major digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
