Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Identify key channels for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Develop monthly and quarterly digital calendars and campaign plans.

  • Research competitor digital presence and emerging industry trends.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for better visibility in search engine results.

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.

  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.

  • Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and improve site rankings.

3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads

  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.

  • Set up campaigns, ad groups, targeting parameters, budgets, and bids.

  • Track ad performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and continuously optimize for better ROI.

  • A/B test ad creatives and landing pages for conversion rate improvement.

4. Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and implement strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

  • Create and schedule posts, stories, videos, and other engaging content.

  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build brand community.

  • Run paid social campaigns and monitor audience response and engagement metrics.

5. Content Marketing

  • Collaborate with writers and designers to plan and publish high-quality content for blogs, emails, and social media.

  • Promote content through organic and paid methods to drive website traffic and lead generation.

  • Manage editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of articles and digital assets.

6. Email Marketing

  • Build and segment email lists based on audience demographics and behaviors.

  • Design and send email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers.

  • Use A/B testing, open rate, and click-through analysis to refine future campaigns.

  • Maintain high deliverability and compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and HubSpot to track performance metrics.

  • Generate reports on campaign performance, user behavior, conversion funnels, and ROI.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the digital customer journey and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Set up goals and events in Google Analytics or GA4 for conversion tracking.

8. Website and CRO

  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure UX/UI consistency and fast load speeds.

  • Conduct regular website audits to fix broken links, optimize mobile experience, and maintain content accuracy.

  • Improve conversion rate through landing page design, form placement, CTA optimization, and user flow analysis.

9. Online Reputation and Brand Presence

  • Monitor online reviews and mentions on platforms like Google My Business, Quora, Trustpilot, etc.

  • Respond to feedback and maintain a positive digital footprint.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and materials.
